Boxing will allow you to burn more than 1500 kilojoules in a session. Boxing is an extraordinary approach to have a ton of fun while burning a lot of additional kilo’s. The accompanying will enable you to keep your body in AAA condition. This fun workout will get you in boxing shape in no time. We all know boxing is fun but we also know it’s a very demanding way of exercise so if you are up to the task be ready for a very taxing workout.
Workout:
10 Burpees:
Squat and place the palms of your hands on the floor in front of your feet, jump back into a push-up position and complete a push-up. Return to the squat position, and then jump up into the air explosively.
Note: If you are unable to do a push-up then do not do it. Go into the pushup position and jump right back up to the squat position and continue the rest of the exercise.
12 Jump lunges/squats:
Stand with your feet together and your knees soft. Jump and come into a lunge with your left leg forward. Push off with both feet, jumping them into a squat. Jump your feet into another lunge with your right leg forward. Push off with both feet, jumping them into another squat.
Note: If the exercise is hurting your knees you can do normal lunges and squats without jumping.
10 Mayweather Standing Sit-ups:
For this exercise, hook your legs underneath something like a couch or bed, etc. in a sit up position. Begin to drive your upper-body forward and up into a sit up. After you have done so, drive your feet into the ground and stand up. This exercise will work the abs, core and the legs.
Note: if the exercise is too difficult do not stand up, just do a normal sit up.
10 Clapping push-ups:
Your body should form a straight line from your ankles to your head. Lower your body until your chest nearly touches the floor. Pause at the bottom, and then explosively push your body away from the ground with enough force to clap your hands once beneath your chest before returning them to the ground.
Note: if the exercise is too hard, do the knee variation of clap pushups.
This explosive workout will work every part of your body. Not only will you get in shape, because of the explosive and quick movements and exercises, you will gain the speed and attributes of a boxer as well.
