Catching
Stand with your back facing the wall with a distance of about 1.5 to 2 meters. Toss the ball against the wall (utilize overhead toss), turn and catch the ball. The ball can’t bounce on the floor. You have to turn on both sides – right and left.
Catching Infront of you
With arms outstretched wait for the ball to come to your hands. As the ball drops into your hands, soften the blow by moving your hands to your chest before catching it. This will act as a shield to the ball as well and set you up for making a pass or moving the ball in the direction that you require.
Drop Ball behind the back
Stand in upright position and drop the ball from behind your head. Let the ball go and catch it behind your back only as it drops down half of the body.
Drop and catch between legs
Legs bent, hold the ball between the legs, one hand around the back of one leg, the other before the other.
Leave the ball, giving it a slight upward push. Rotate your torso to get the ball with alternate arms and leg in front.
