Grip Game:
Every player has a basketball. Toward the end of every base put a football goal. The mentor has a volleyball. Every player must hold his or her ball with both hands (fingertips). The game begins in the focal circle. The mentor ricochets the volleyball and players must hit the volleyball with the ball and attempt to score a goal.
Coaching Points: On the off chance that the player loses their b-ball or kicks the volleyball, the opposite group gets ownership of the volleyball. To restart the game the player can skip the volleyball and must hit it with their ball.
Punishment: If the goalkeeper or player inside the objective region kicks volleyball or loses their ball the inverse group has a punishment. Just the shooter and the goalkeeper can be in the territory. Player needs to skip the volleyball and hit it with the ball.
Line Up:
Groups of 4-6 players with one ball. Players line up with their backs to the court and the spaces between the players are the length of their hands. On the flag from the mentor, the player with the ball hands it to the second player over the head and rushes to the end of the line. The second player hands the ball to the third player under the legs and races to the end of the line and proceeds over and under. The champ is the group who starts things out to complete line.
Stuck in the Mud:
All players have a ball each. The catchers need to attempt and touch one of the players without bibs. In the event that they prevail with regards to doing as such then that individual needs to stop and put their ball on their head.
Coaching Advice
Individuals that are stopping (stuck in the mud) must be liberated by somebody experiencing their legs.
Take note of: All players ought to spill at whatever point they are moving ( giving and ball certainty).
