Stability/Balance
While Sitting on a roller board move yourself over a distance of 10 meters. Two groups of 4 to 5 kids will be divided. Put a marker on both feet and at the end, put the marker on the board and roll it back to the next player.
Running/Jumping/Moving
Playing tag is a good way to practice. One tag man tries to tag other players. There is one hoop less than the number of players, so there is always one player running to tag. You may get into a jump; the other player must run away then.
Coaching Advice:
pay only attention to the complete technical movement
Body must be in straight position
arms moving actively along together with the movements of the legs
elbows at right angle
The whole body should point to the direction you are going to: feet, knees, arms in same direction
Falling-Rolling
In this game, players keep running inside the area and avoid being caught by the taggers. Players are sheltered from being tagged in the case that they are laying on a mat on their midsection.
Players are permitted to remain on the mat for just 3 seconds, then they need to get up and run once more. Tag players are not permitted to sit tight for the player amid these 3 seconds.
Aiming/Throwing
There are many different games to learn aiming/throwing of a ball to the partner or to oneself. “Castle” is a game in which the mat is defended by a goal keeper and his knights (the white team). The blue attackers try to bomb the castle by throwing the ball at the bench / mat.
Bench Ball Mini Match is another game to learn the technique. Little session of bench ball (played in a smaller range than 1 third of the court), with 1 ball in a 3v3. Players score a point for their side each time they hit the opponent’s bench. Players must pass the ball around inside their own particular half with a specific end goal to make space for the shot at their opponent’s seat.
